Verified businesses and professionals have confirmed their identity and details with us. Verification documents are always kept private and never shown publicly.
Businesses cannot pay to hide or delete honest reviews. Providers can publicly respond to a review, but they can never alter or silence a customer’s words.
Your phone and email are shared with a provider only when you intentionally send an enquiry or tap a direct-contact action — never listed publicly, never sold.
Businesses and professionals can reply to reviews to add context or resolve concerns. Replies are clearly labelled as coming from the provider.
If a review looks like spam, is offensive, fake, or shares private details, use the Report link beneath it. Reports are private and reviewed by our team — genuine feedback stays, abuse doesn't.
